There was no trouble scheduling with WRA for either the screening or diagnostic mammogram. Both times, the tests were conducted quickly and efficiently by competent technicians. The doctor reviewed and provided the results in a timely manner. New technology made for a much more comfortable screening test. I have had many tests conducted by WRA over the years. My most recent experiences represented a marked improvement over experiences in years past.

I always have great experiences at WRA. I've had mammograms done there for about the last 12 years. I'm always taken on time, and last week even 10 minutes early. Vicki who did my mammogram was very personable and professional. I also like the new equipment which made the experience more comfortable. I highly recommend WRA.

I had a great experience here. I arrived the recommended 30 minutes before my ultrasound of my abdomen (liver, kidneys, etc) and they actually brought me back 5 minutes early (this was a first thing in the morning appointment). Went straight back with the ultrasound tech who did a very thorough scan. She was very friendly and communication and explanation was excellent. I've been going to Washington Radiology for many years. I have never been disappointed with the check-in process or the xray technicians. Always very professional and personable.

I had three diagnostic procedures a week ago with Washington Radiology and already received doctors' reports in the mail! Every 2-4 years I drive all the way to WRA-Fairfax from Rockville, MD to have an ultrasound by Dr. Alexis Kladakis and sonographer Sima I. All these years they have demonstrated exceptional expertise and care. I saw other technologists, Theresa and Fay for the first time, and both were competent and careful as well. I highly recommend this office and I am very appreciative of the services they provide.

I don't know any woman who likes going to the doctor for her yearly radiological scan. I can't say I look forward to coming for mammograms either, but there is just something so comforting about being greeted by a staff of lovely women who treat you like a valued friend, are gentle and respectful, and seem genuinely invested in your health. Update to my earlier review. They called me back, said they had a cancellation and I could come in 12/13, which I did. I very much appreciate this action by Lindsay who was tremendously compassionate both on the phone and in person. I still hate the hard-sell on the 3-D, but the kind gesture of making it possible for me to get the additional screening before Christmas went a long way toward restoring my previous positive view of this provider.

Visited this office yesterday for my first mammogram ever. I was really nervous and they were really busy. I has nothing to worry about. From arriving to the office to checking out I was greeted with warm and caring staff. Even though they were busy, I had very little waiting time. Highly recommended this place

I have been going to the Fairfax office for years so my review only applies to this location. I have never had a bad experience with them. I had no problem scheduling my appointment. When I arrived the receptionist smiled and was very polite and gave me forms to update my information. My technician, Sheryl, was very pleasant, caring, knowledgeable and very sweet. The whole thing from start to finish was 1 hour. I could not have asked for a better experience especially considering that mammograms are no fun.
