This review is twofold: 1. I had a procedure done at their new Ballston location and it was much better than any of their other locations I've been. The environment is less doctor-officeish and more calming. I received a warm welcome, my chart and everything was ready, and the tech who performed the procedure was thoughtful, answered my questions and proactively informed me of next steps. 2. I didn't have a long wait time. Easy to find, but not a lot of parking. All the techs were friendly & courteous.

Always seem to be running late. 45 minutes this time. Not good when you were instructed to hold your bladder!

I've been going to WRA for many, many years. In the past several months I've had 3 repeat visits and have scheduled them with the same physician, Dr. Alex Kladakis (he is also the Physician Administrator there) and Technologist, Melissa Price. The most important thing to any patient (in my opinion) is to have confidence in the medical staff that is treating you. I have come here a couple times. My last visit was a couple weeks ago and I came in for a standard 2D mammogram. However, I had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen because they were running behind. The staff was friendly, but I couldn't believe how much time out of my day this took up. The next time I came was today for a followup screening. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and still had to wait half an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Great experience from start to finish. Had three procedures done today. Scheduling appointment by phone was a breeze with a very knowledgeable and informative representative. Received email confirmation with website instructions that made clear procedures that I needed to follow. Website included forms that I could complete in advance of my visit. I waited less than five minutes before they called me back, and the doctor arrived at the exam room promptly. The staff was courteous and professional. The doctor explained everything he saw as he examined me, and he produced his report very quickly. Very pleasant experience.

I recommend this radiology place to everyone. Every last person I have interacted with was courteous and respectful even when accomodating last minute complications such as forgetting a paper or getting caught in traffic. These guys are wonderful.

I have been a WRA patient for years and am always impressed by the excellent customer service, the professionalism, and compassion they have for their patients. Visited the Fairfax office today and, as expected, had another great and efficient experience. Thanks WRA!
