Making an appointment is fast and easy whether online or by phone. They also send several reminders about your upcoming appointment via both text, email and phone call. Once you arrive, the wait can vary. Sometimes I've only waited 20 minutes, other times much longer. They are always very apologetic when the wait is long. I get the 3d mammogram and as I have dense breasts, a lot of extra pressure is needed. They always do their best to make my mammograms as painless as possible. I also have my dexascans there. My experience with Washington Radiology has always been positive. The employees are all professional and friendly. It is a quiet atmosphere and they almost always run according to schedule. I highly recommend them.

I can't recommend this imaging center enough. I first started going here five years ago because my original imaging center didn't have the latest and best technology, the 3D mammogram, and Washington Radiology did. Since then, I've gone there for mammograms and sonograms at least twice a year. They make everything easy - parking is ample and free, it's easy to schedule an appointment or get medical records, the office is clean and comfortable, wait times are reasonable and everyone is friendly and does a great job. I've been going to WRA for my annual mammogram for over 20 years. Highly recommend them. Front desk staff are always pleasant and efficient. Technicians are courteous and respectful and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed during your mammogram - some even add a touch of light humor which I always appreciate! Highly recommend them to anyone in need of radiology services.

I went for a mammogram. The appointment process was very efficient. Reminders are great though I would recommend adding the address to the reminder. The intake process was timely and very courteous. The imaging techs were very courteous and efficient. I have never had a bad experience and this is about the 6th time I have been there.

I would NEVER have thought I would be writing a positive review after a mammogram! Well, as I left Washington Radiology today, I knew I would. My experience was the best I had ever had. The kind, articulate and skilled woman who did my mammogram was very excellent at her job and quickly got the right results. I was never uncomfortable or anxious. I have gone to Washington Radiology for many years for a Mammogram and this year was the best. They have a curved top "plate" that takes some of the pressure of the part of the breast that is closest to your chest.
