Excellent customer service!!!! Had problems with internet and Zirrus went out of their way to make sure their equipment was working properly. Even got a call from the office the next day to make sure all was well. A+ company!!!!!

Brian was very polite and courteous, he did exactly what I expect a customer service representative would do and he was very professional and knowledgeable , he did his follow up calls to, even though it seems my problem is just an out dated TV ,I think if all of your employees were as good as Brian your company is in good hands , if I need help again I hope you have more Brains working for you .
