Brian was very polite and courteous, he did exactly what I expect a customer service representative would do and he was very professional and knowledgeable , he did his follow up calls to, even though it seems my problem is just an out dated TV ,I think if all of your employees were as good as Brian your company is in good hands , if I need help again I hope you have more Brains working for you . We had trouble rebooting our internet following a power outage. Kayla was so helpful and patient with me, personally spending about 20 minutes on the phone to get us up and running again and even followed up after the fact to make sure things were working smoothly! She was very professional, competent, and polite, making the situation much less stressful! I appreciate the great service!
