We had trouble rebooting our internet following a power outage. Kayla was so helpful and patient with me, personally spending about 20 minutes on the phone to get us up and running again and even followed up after the fact to make sure things were working smoothly! She was very professional, competent, and polite, making the situation much less stressful! I appreciate the great service!
