Not enough product information Nothing really bad to say about Zoro or it's prices. I bought two lawn mower tires. Studied all the info. They came quickly. But wrong bore or bearing size. Had to send them back. I went back to the site and no information for the bore size. It was 3/4 and I needed 1/2. Zero did refund but now 2 weeks without mower.

Great Customer Service and Great Prices I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
Post ship change I live in a complex and neglected to ad my unit # Contacted customer service and it was already at shipper! They were able to get it pulled and properly addressed-and it arrived on time even though they said it would ship a day late Thanks for the extra effort Zoro The internet + your help made my day
Great company I have placed several orders with zoro. The orders arrive fast and have always been accurate. This is a great company and a positive review needs to done. If they were bad a bad review would be done. There are not enough positive reviews when a company is good. The company is quick to respond to emails, and they have amazing customer service reps on the phones. Packages are packed with care. Zoro has earned my business forever. Highly recommended!
