One of the 4 diesel filters I ordered showed up damaged in shipping. I emailed Zoro about the issue at about 8PM and got a response the same night. They said they would ship out a replacement filter and didn't ask for pictures of the damaged filter or shipping box. They just trusted me and shipped out a replacement the next day. Great customer service is hard to find with good prices to boot. I will be ordering all my filters from them from now on ??Thank you to Zoro **** E

prices and shipping is good. I want** a made in ******* plumbing part because of quality issues. The part I found at Zoro WAS American made!! The SAME part at the "local big store" was less money, BUT was made in *****! The Zoro web page ******* ID-** the part I was ordering as made in America, and when I receiv** the part (pressure r**uction valver), it was made in ******* and as expect**, it was a much higher quality made valve when compar** to the China made version. Way To Go Zoro!!! Glad I found you on the internet.

I ordered a hard to find rv window weather strip seal from Zoro and it arrived next day! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size but returning them was no problem and they had the smaller one I needed in stock too. I received the new seal before my return was credited the next day. Zoro is super efficient with customer service and pricing too. I'll definitely look for my next needs through Zoro!
