Excellent customers services We had to call and talk to several operators from Zoro because I misspelled my contact information after placing my ordered recently. They are all very friendly, nice, and willing to go an extra mile to satisfy us as valued customers. Delivery was super fast in just 2 days. They even cheerfully refunded my purchase amount when one of the items delivered was in an unacceptable condition. I will certainly buy more items from them because we are very impressed and super happy with their services!

Tools tools tools. They have a good selection of tools at fair and competitive prices. The website is easy enough to get around. My order showed up nicely packaged and ahead of schedule with standard free shipping. I also received 20% off of my total order. No complaints as of yet. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, they boast easy returns on there emails.
Zoro search stinks. Hard to find what I need. I used to use zoro everyday. Search now returns unusable results. I refuse to dig through 100s of results to find the one I want. Stop dumping trash into my search results.
Ordered floor register You all have sent me the floor register wrong 2 times now. I am pissed. Are you people smoking crack. The sheet that you sent me has the right size for the order but who ever is typing them up puts wrong sizes on them. You need to fire them because they are dumb. Disappointed on such a simple order Boxes came all smashed up as they were packed in a bag. Size not as advertised. AS a result I paid much more thatn I should have.
Order wrong…twice Ordered 3 floor registers at 5.5x15.5inches. I was sent registers at 4x14 inches. The return process was so confusing. Then they sent my order again, and again the wrong size. Not a good a look.
