Positive experience Ordered a trailer hitch for decent price, then realized I hadn't researched the company. I called to cancel and immediately spoke to a knowledgeable person who said I could have a refund but I decided to see what would happen and I received it even more quickly than the rep thought it would be. Shipped directly from Curt in Wisconsin so maybe that made a difference? Wanted to add my 2 cents because it was a great experience with my order.

Best price and fast shipping and delivery I hesitate to buy from this website after reading the review. However Zoro has the best price compared to other places. So I took the risk to buy from this website. I bought thousand dollars anvil and it's still cheaper than other places. The next day it shipped and it arrived the day after the shipping date. So surprised that it arrived so fast. Great experience. Definitely going to order from this website again.

Quick I was looking at reviews of this site beforehand and I was a little worried, but I ordered a compressor and got it within 3 days. I probably won't use this site much, but for what I needed that day, it worked out great.
Good stuff with good prices Best prices anywhere in UK with free postage on orders over £20. Fantastic service with Parcel Force tracked delivery. I would recommend Zoro for good quality tools and paint (which is what I ordered).
Wonderful service Have to admit that I was a bit leery after reading the many negative reviews posted here (and I always appreciate forums such as this). In my case, the experience was pretty flawless: fast, free shipping on an item that went for over a dollar on Amazon and cost only. 62 on Zoro. I bulked up on the order. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Excellent Results I read other reviews about slow shipping or other bad reviews and got really concerned but they were the only place that had the particular emergency light I needed. Took a chance and ordered yesterday 26 JUL at 11:23AM. It shipped the same day and just arrived here in Virginia via FedEx ground at 1PM - could not have done any better. Very pleased. Even Amazon does not hold a candle to that since they now use USPS
