Best customer service ever! Don't hesitate to make a purchase....I ordered an item that my husband needed but apparently ordered the wrong size. Zoro authorized a return and provided a prepaid return label. I placed another order for another size and received the replacement before I had time to drop off the return! Would highly recommend this company!

The commercial Air King model 8911 had limited availability elsewhere at higher prices. I wanted to replace a previous model 8602, so I did some digging and Zoro had it available at the best price. The shipping far exceeded my expectations. T D

Zoro had the part we needed when other companies did not. When we began having an issue with the part leaking air about 3 weeks after we got it Zoro's customer service was fantastic and immediately walked us through the process to return the part and promptly shipped a replacement which arrived in just two days! My problem was totally my fault. It looked like what I had but yours was a fan and I wanted a heater. ***** was a problem. They left my package on 21Mark which is not my address I had to **** for it when I found out it was delivered.
