I have purchased several items over the years from Zoro, some tool and some paints. Have I had issues with some of the items due to delivery issues, yes, but the one thing about Zoro that I cannot say about other vendors is the degree of customer service I have received. They have been more than accomodating and have addressed issues more than I thought any vendor would. This makes me a satisfied customer. Never used ZORO before, but doing a ****** search, their name poped up.They had a great price, free shipping....Did a little research before, ...then placed a order. All went well, shipped the same day from ****, I got it the next day (************) No one could've done better, not even ******. And by the way they were cheaper than ******.
