If you use their low prices combined with their coupons you can sometimes get a much better price for some products. Free Shipping after you spend a certain amount. Sometimes I buy a $1.00 pair of safety glasses to qualify for the free shipping. Overall it's a good company to buy from but it's not my go to place. I check other places (******) first and then see if Zoro can beat their price. If I have a 20% off coupon it's normally cheaper to buy from Zoro. On some orders I've saved Hundreds of dollars.

I ordered several gloves of the same style but different sizes, for their electrical rating only to find that the electrical rating was not the same in some of the sizes which may be a problem for those getting safety audits, or are concerned about protection. When the order arrived, it had mismatched pairs stuck together. Zoro did process a return promptly which was a help.

Pretty broad selection & mostly fairly good prices. The biggest downside, by far, is incomplete search results by category in the database. Example: four different search strings for a small subcategory of electrical cover plates by a single manufacturer yielded two part numbers. Searching elsewhere yielded three more part numbers.
