An item was listed at a lower price than what I was billed for. Upon contacting Zoro they immediately made everything right. Customer service deserves the 5 stars for quickly resolving the issue to my satisfaction. ALSO the item ordered on a Sunday arrived on Tuesday without using any special mailing option. I will continue to use Zoro!

This is the second purchase from Zoro. Very FAST order fulfillment. When there is a problem, they answer the phone quickly, and are professionally polite, but could use a little customer service/empathy skills.While the correct items were shipped quickly, and well packaged they actually shipped the wrong COLOR item. While their shipping for the sale was quick, the pick-up and exchange of the item takes way too long.
