Furnace filters FedEx delivery 2 boxes of furnace filters, one box was damaged. FedEx told me to make a claim, but it was impossible for me spend the time to do it so I figured I would just take the loss. Sent a email to Zoro and they responded with we will send a new box free of charge. In this day and age you can't ask for better customer service. I will be doing business with them again.
Great Customer Service I have to say that it is sadly rare to find a seller who goes above and beyond. I bought something from Zoro a few weeks ago - I was in a rush to get this product, and they were the only ones who had it ready to ship. Well, I made a mistake and mis-measured and got something that would not work. They facilitated the return with ease and with no hassle. Will definitely buy from them again.
Excellent shopping experience! I ordered a smart toilet from Zoro at a very good price. After I ordered it on line, I found a coupon code so I phoned customer service and she applied the code saving me a couple hundred dollars. Fantastic Service Ordered a dolly for my Flo zone and when FedEx decided to switch my address and send it to the wrong place, Zoro stepped up to replace the order with no hassle or issues. Got the dolly and it's exactly as it was advertised and came with all pieces and parts. Works great to save my back from carrying that Flo zone all day!
Zoro comes through --- with prodding! I needed replacement bins for my Quantum parts storage cabinets. Zoro sold them. In their ad, they were in lots of 5 bins for $5.97/lot. I ordered two lots. I received TWO bins. I sent an email to Zoro but didn't receive a prompt reply, so I called them. That was yesterday. Their rep said that the product description was a "typographical error." Excellent transaction After consulting with customer service, I ordered a case of GE Silicone Sealant mid afternoon on Friday, 06/09 and received it mid morning the next day, Saturday, 06/10.20 hours from order to receipt. Can't do much better than that!

Fast and accurate! I ordered two boxes of Dupont faucet filters and they arrived the next day! I was a little hesitant to try Zoro, especially with some bad reviews, but the product is exactly as described and arrived much more quickly than I anticipated. Would order from them again.
Zoro had the mfg discontinued product in stock in bulk just what I needed! The makers of Listerine discontinued the fresh citrus ultraclean mouthwash that I've come to enjoy daily because it tastes delicious and doesn't stain my mouth blue! I searched everywhere for new old stock and found ridiculous offerings for $60+ a bottle from online gougers. On Zoro I found a bulk case of 6 bottles for around $10 per bottle.
