They had what I needed. Prices were reasonable, shipping was reasonable, BUT the website did not include sales tax on my order when I used ******, then ********* made a second, unauthorized charge to ****** for the sales tax amount without notifying me. ****** notified me of the second charge, when I contacted ********* for an explanation, they sent me a receipt that showed the amount I had been quoted and paid on the website with an additional line item for sales tax, which coincided with the unauthorized charge to ******. ... read more

As a first time buyer from your company, I was very pleased with the level of customer service that you provided, responses to questions I had were very prompt. The only issue I had was with the way the items that I ordered were packaged for shipment. These items were $160.00 apiece. They were just thrown into a shipping envelope, with no packing material to protect them from getting banged around or, into each other during transit. I rely on Zoro for SO MANY things. We are an electrical contractor and I can always rely on Zoro for getting my items to me quickly. They have a huge selection of items that fit pretty much every need.I do, however, still miss the *** logo.
