Ordered a grocery cart that was too small. Called Zoro and was told to give the cart to someone who could use it, and they immediately refunded my total amount. They were courteous and kind. Wonderful to do business with.

I received my Marine grade paint and it's the best I've used so far. It was priced fairly and I have had trouble finding it elsewhere. There was a delay in shipping but other than that everything was good. Last order was faster but I'm guessing it was temporarily out of stock.

Good website with good prices. Needs to improve business to business sales by getting tax exempt sales automated. Right now you have to pax the tax, then ask to get it back. That costs my company money (time, labor) and is a negative compared to the other MRO sites we use (Grainger, MSC, McMaster, etc.) that all have this automated.

Zoro always has the products that we need to keep our buildings maintained. The prices are very competitive and orders are quickly delivered. The only downfall is the $50.00 minimum for free delivered, but this is relatively minor.
Shipping was fast. I ordered PVC pipe fittings and when they arrived, Zoro had applied paper tags on the fittings, for internal use in stocking and picking. These tags were hard to remove, broke into small sliver pieces and left a sticky residue on the fitting. I spent much more time cleaning the tags off the fittings than it took to order or install them.
nice product, but too expensive!!! Biggest price hike that I ever had in ordering an Item!!
