Perfection I can only rate from my own experience but I ordered a 20' fiberglass ladder on Sunday (Monday business day) and already received it on Tuesday. I was a little worried because I didn't read the reviews until after I'd already ordered and I wasn't familiar with their shipping contractor. I also saw a "no recent order" status on the website and the tracking number supplied was always "not found" with the freight hauler. But all is well. I am beyond pleased with Zoro and will definitely give them my business again.
Zoro shipped overnight free, well packaged Gojo is a quality brand and these wipes are of good quality. Nice and large, very moist, and they are a smooth fabric. They do not stick to your hands like microfiber towels do and clean surfaces for home use and garage. Zoro should be recognized for selling these at the lowest pricing compares to other sellers. Zoro also shipped the products free with overnight shipping! Thank you Zoro for an amazing service and well packaged product.

4 Orders - Low Prices, On Time I recently placed 4 orders (June 2020). The orders included LED replacement light bulbs, felt padding for furniture, floor mats and motion sensors. All items arrived on time and in good condition. The bulbs were even packed with cellulose "packing peanuts" that dissolve in water. Overall good products, prices and deliver. A+

On time delivery and a good choice of products. I've ordered four or more times from Zoro and each time the item arrived as expected. They have products that most are not stocked at retail stores and can be bought a local suppliers but they are not always local. They do not sell the cheapo stuff you can find HD or Lowes. Great prices & Excellent Customer Service I've just placed my third order w/ Zoro.com for supplies for my charity. They had sent me a 20% off my order coupon which I then misplaced. I called their customer service and explained the situation including the fact that it's for charity and they gave me a replacement code. More than impressed I've placed two orders with Zoro for some high-quality Knipex tools. The first order was placed on a Sunday, shipped Monday, and received Tuesday. The second order was placed on Thursday, shipped the same day, and received Friday. Both were shipped via UPS. And, the tools were all exactly as described. Good prices, usually very fast FREE shipping I spend about $2000-$3000/year from Zoro for about 8 years. Good prices, and with coupons they are even better. Plus free shipping on $50+ orders. Sometimes the product info is incomplete, so go to the mfg's site. If a price seems off, it is probably a typo. Ex; a stainless hanger bolt I wanted was listed at $110.
