This company may not be the least expensive but, they have an extensive inventory, a lightning fast delivery time and as was already said, free freight. What's not to like?In the event there is real or perceived issue it was handled quickly, professionally and satisfactorily .

We recently placed our first order with Zoro. From beginning to end the process was simple. We found the part we needed, at a lower cost than other carriers. On separate occasions we ordered ************* exterior wall mount exhaust fans from Zoro (swf-150 and swf-200). Upon delivery, the boxes looked fine but, in both cases, the fan was damaged.This seems to be more a production problem but its frustrating.

Foam comes out as a dribble (I tried 2 of the 4 cans purchased)...I was expecting a spray (like carpet cleaner). Easy to over saturate some parts of the cushion while missing other parts of the upholstery. Not sure if this is normal or if the contents have been affected by something. Not a great product
