Will never use zoro again. Worst company to buy anything, got my tiles broken, took them 1 week to respond, with email Roadrunners will pick it up. No one pick it up at the date. AND zoro yelling me I have to call carier to find out when they going to pick up broken tiles. Will never ever use zoro again, I DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE ORDER FROM ZORO, JUST GO TO GRANGER.
Worse company I have ever dealt with! I purchased a wheelbarrow that arrived 2 weeks late with no wheels or handles, after 4 phone calls the company is finally sending labels for a return. I can NOT emphasis how disappointed I am in the service and point of sale for this company. It took 2 calls to get return labels. BUYER BEWARE!
False advertising I called them up as soon as I received my order for a Milwaukee 1/2 stubby with batteries and a charger. I received only a gun when I spoke to there customer service and explained what I'd order they were getting ready to send me a replacement which going to be the same thing. Terrible Terrible I called and spoke with a customer service rep about a pump and clutch for my truck. The rep looked up the part and said it was the complete pump. So I ordered got the package to notice it's just the clutch. So I called back and was told I would receive the pump since it's missing. Was told to wait 5 days ok. Then I get an email saying Zoro is at fault and I will get my money back for the inconvenience. Truck has been down for over a week not because of us but because of there error. This place is a joke. Used to be OK What a deceitful company they have become, prices are often higher than many other places now, blatant false advertising, I bought a drill bit a littkle while ago, clearly pictured as 10x drill bits, with a plastic case showing 10x as well, they send you ONE, then say it's in their terms and conditions that all images are only representative of the product, so why show 10 if you send ONE, why show a caase sayiung 10x if you send ONE, when you complain they expect you to pay for a recoreded serive to send their ... read more
Poor service Waiting 3 weeks just to have the part to the shipper, no explanation as to why the delay. Do not answer emails.
Terrible Return Policy Don't use these guys. They won't issue a replacement without receiving the order back if you have an issue with a product. Save your time and money and use Amazon
Horrible experience Ordered bifold doors site said in stock. Then received notice they are in stock and shipping in two days. Then received notice that not in stock. So I cancelled. Five days later I get notice that they are shipping. I call and even though they have not been picked up they can't cancel the order. Unbelievable! Very friendly customer service but useless. DO NOT BUY FROM ZORO!'
