Do Not Buy From These Crooks! I purchased some shelf brackets from Zoro that are sold 10 to a box, and purchased a quantity of 3, for a total of 30 shelf brackets, and 1 box of screws. The website clearly showed the brackets and screws were in stock, and would be shipped in 2 business days. Zoro does not send you any type of email after you place your order. Scam Website, Buyer Beware! This seller is 100% fraudulent. They advertise products as "available to ship" and show estimated ship times to get your order in. As soon as you place the order, your payment is charged right away. Then the idle waiting begins. After a few days, when you contact them, they will will give excuses about how they are only middle-men and eveyrthing comes from third-party vendors and they have no control over processing times/ship times. Terrible customer service Zoro is fine until you need help from customer service - then they are terrible. They send you a case number and never respond. You can call all you want, but they don't have any answers. Bought 12 Vestil Pallet Rack Dollies - all 12 shipped with no casters after being on backorder for 6 weeks. It has been 11 days and Zoro has not responded to my request to send the casters.

Erroneous Descriptions and No ability to get further information. I ordered a sharp shooter shovel described as having a 26" handle and a 14" blade. I needed a 38-40" shovel height, so thought this fit the bill. Shovel arrived and stood 45" to my armpit. It was also not the name of the shovel ordered. I called and tried to get accurate information on the three alternative shovels they offered, but all had the identical measurement description as the one that came, and it also had the identical measurements listed, but was 5"... read more

No shipment after purchase Bought something on zoro.com 3 weeks ago, no shipment. After calling them, they said their vendor did not provide any info. After another 1 week, they told me the item I bought was out of stock. Waste of time
