This was the only company I could find that had the hardware I needed. The price was fair, shipping free, fast delivery.The parts were exactly what I expected and I could not have proceeded with the project without them. Very happy with the purchase, glad they are in business.

The product and delivery were fine, however when tracking my order on my account the website insists I have no orders even when inputting my order number provided by them. May seem minor but does not inspire confidence if I had a problem that I would have been able to resolve.

The website was easy to navigate and find what I needed. The Price was less than I expected and I also had a discount coupon for 10% off from previous orders. Purchasing online was very easy! Shipping was done in a very timely manner. Also I was having a very hard time finding an exact match for the item I needed anywhere else but found it at ZORO in less than a minute!
