I ordered an item from Zoro. And I had to return it twice, because it was not the color that was depicted on their site. I did some digging and found out, the picture was a misrepresentation. The marufacturer does not make this item in that color, and never did. I had to contact the manufacturer to find this out. I'm not sure if they took down the picture. However, they were very courteous.and helpful in assisting ** with the returns, at no cost and no hassle.

I placed an order for a few things. I got charged $14.98 more than I was suppose to. I called and the first ****** I talked to told me to contact pay pal it wasnt their fault. She finally transferred me to someone else and she wanted a copy of my pay pal receipt emailed to her, which I did not provide for security reasons. I told her I could give her the Pay Pal transaction number but she said no that was not adequate and that was the end I got no where. The referral I got from an on-line friend was right on. A wide variety of products at good prices. Shipping was crazy fast. Minus the one star for somewhat confusing shipping communication. My order was shipped in three parts and received over three days but the emails I got notifying me of shipments and deliveries did not clearly describe what was arriving when. But when I need more of what Zoro sells, I'll be back on the site.
Cheaper than ****** and they got it here quicker when I needed it quick. And, it's not Amazon...
