Received my order, when I opened it looked like it had been repackaged everything just tossed in the box multiple parts were broke called customer service she was very helpful, sent out a replacement immediately had it the next day. The package had damage to it ,asked fedex driver to document damage by taking a picture , he refused opened the box to find the contents were also damaged called customer service , Again She was very helpful in taking care of the issue. **************** was great ,everything else not so good !

Shipping issues tarnishing a great company!I've ordered from Zoro more than 6 times in the past 60 days and have spent over $2,000. Prior to the past two weeks, I was delighted with the product, pricing and service; however, three of my past five orders have either been incomplete, damaged or defective, and this has cost me a great deal of time and effort resolving Zoro's problems. Wow, I am blown away by the bad reviews. I have been using Zoro for over 10 years and have had nothing but excellent service, excellent pricing, lightening fast & accurate delivery. I always use their promo codes for even more savings.

Ordered a grocery cart that was too small. Called Zoro and was told to give the cart to someone who could use it, and they immediately refunded my total amount. They were courteous and kind. Wonderful to do business with.

I received my Marine grade paint and it's the best I've used so far. It was priced fairly and I have had trouble finding it elsewhere. There was a delay in shipping but other than that everything was good. Last order was faster but I'm guessing it was temporarily out of stock.
