I made a duplicate order by mistake trying to apply an 'email coupon' that failed. On phone call, with a very pleasant representative, she removed the duplicate order AND applied a discount to the order! GREAT customer service!

Zero offered low prices on brand name products and received items the very next day. I honestly didnt think I would receive items the next day! Pleasantly surprised. Will do business again!!

I had shopped at ***** other places to find an item to repair a wire rack. Almost every site had the same items priced higher than zoro does. Most of the other sites also had much higher shipping rates as well as a much longer delivery time. Even though my items were little plastic Shelf clips They were shipped in a box Strong enough that I would have felt comfortable shipping my grandma's fine china in. Lol

main reason I buy is 20% off coupons and free shipping due to zoro's higher prices. Website is a nightmare to navigate. Can take 10 or more searches to find something. lack of product description and information is everywhere. very difficult to get a refund after returning an item. before I ordered a *** hose reel your website said it would be delivered by a certain date, Then AFTER I placed the order it said it would not even ship till after that date!!!!!!!!!
