They will NEVER Go Away The main product this company sends out is SPAM and junk mail and no matter how many times you give them your email preferences, they will never go away. They probably think they are cleaver and doing a good job...they should be renamed, ZERO. Do not give them you information unless you like being inundated.
Do not waste your time with this company. They use 3rd party venders and cannot fulfill orders I have called twice and placed orders with zoro.com(they are affiliated with granger) after doing a google search for the parts that Im looking for this site showed that the parts were available and ready to ship. I called in the first time and was given a speech that the part was from a 3rd party source and would take 2 weeks to deliver. At the time I was ok with that timeline and placed the order. Sold open box item as new. Rip off.. Ordered return springs for my Dewalt dcn692 framing nailer, the package was open on the sides where someone slipped back their used springs. They were weaker than the ones I were replacing. This really set me back as I needed the gun for a job that week. I have an air gun but I went cordless for a reason. Never again.
Failed Customer Service Hi Kevin, unfortunately you were as helpless as I was while you were failing your customer service job in not attempting to help me obtain the product I purchased. After throwing the delivery issue in my face after several attempts to get you to help me, I did in fact have a nice day as I opted to cancel the order. God forbid you service the customer. Hope you have a better day.
Don't buy any thing on Zoro I bought the machine online and they never shipped it, even so due to the delay, I decided to cancel the order and they supposedly will return my money in 12 business days, that is, I have to wait for them to return the money for something that they have not yet shipped your warehouse in 12 business days and the only response is sorry. Parts not really available The website and a customer service agent on the phone said the critical part I needed was available, so I ordered and paid for it. The next morning I got an email saying that it was infact NOT AVAILABLE and I could expect a refund in 7-10 business days. Don't trust this site if you urgently need a part.
Terrible Purchased very expensive butcher block countertop. Was delivered cracked through and through, essentially I have to pieces of butcher block now. I have called three times asking for refund. Each time I am told someone will reach out to me. No one has. I get the same line "we will escalate this" Worst Customer service imaginable. Order #SO*******
Won't Send me my refund I return my order $176. And they sent me an email confirming they received it and I would get refunded within 7 d. I emailed after 7d and they emailed me 7-10 days after 10 days they said tomorrow. You guessed it. The next day no refund. I filed a claim with AMEX let see what they can do. I do not recommend
Waste of Time I needed a part for a machine that I was rebuilding. I tried to order it from Zoro on line, but their web site was not working so ordered by phone about a month ago. I never received a confirmation or even an order number but after non-delivery 2 weeks later, they found my order.
