Poor customer care In the past this firm have been OK. However, when something goes wrong their customer care is useless. I ordered some items on 14th August. They sent me the incorrect order – not the goods I had ordered. A reputable firm would have immediately corrected this mistake by sending out the correct order. However, they insisted on me taking photographs of the goods they sent me, then returning them before sending out the correct order. Order Canceled Again Once again placed an order for items that were in stock - and once again order canceled several days later with NO reasons given. The price was competitive and with a coupon they sent me I placed the order with the assurance that they would be shipped right out. Fool me once shame on you - Fool me twice shame on you - only an idiot or fool would try it again. Don't Waste Your Time!

Lacks Communication Not the best... closer to the worst. Auto generated confirmations, Auto Generated shipping confirmations. Ordered on a Thursday and received a Shipping confirmation on Friday showing "expected delivery" would be this coming Tuesday... Checked tracking on Monday - "expected delivery" date had change to Wednesday (no tracking info yet, "Label printed"). Awful experience I'm an avid model car builder since I retired a few years ago, so I was looking for a reliable source for paint supplies. Got a flyer in the mail from Zoro and thought I'd give them a try... prices looked great and shipping time was stated as 3 days... so far everything was perfect. Place my initial order and instead of 1 can of paint being ordered, it turned into 2 cans. Bank statement showed I was charged for 2 cans. No tech support for the web site. I like the products, prices, and customer support for SHOPPING. But the web site has been broken since early 2020 and they will not fix it. In order to sign in to your account, you need to clear all browser data each time you visit the site or you will get this message "We're experiencing outages with our order-taking software, so account access is limited at this time. Zoro Delivers, But at What Cost I am a purchasing agent of 8 years for a manufacturer. While cost is a major factor in buying, quality also plays a major role. Zoro has great pricing on a vast majority of industrial supplies and parts. They are owned by Grainger and seem to compete against themselves. While Grainger has more to offer in services, their pricing to me is not worth it. While Zoro has less bells and whistles they delivery at good pricing. Delivery Damaged item Upon notification Zoro did a great job of addressing the issue unfortunately after being burdened with report-calling, the emailing photos of the damage, needing to print attach, load a truck cart and then drive this cart back for a round trip of 44 miles to the nearest FedEx center-with no assurances the next replacement would not arrive with similar or worse damages—I decided to forget-it just don't buy shipped stuff from Zoro again! No response, no tracking, forever if ever to receive anything Made a purchase on a fan motor on 6/24/22, still no package or tracking or response from customer service. It is now 7/19/22. Pathetic, will not order from again.

Tried once, won't try again I have been in the market for a gas powered pressure washer, so I did my due diligence in reviewing the best options and landed on one. I went to Amazon first because most of my review of the product led me there. But it was available through all the big name brand hardware stores. If either of those stires had one in stock I would've bought it. But, alas, I reluctantly went back to Amazon (on verge of cancelling Prime and going elsewhere, but that's another review).
