Lies I found the parts on their site yesterday and called to verify that they had it in stock before I ordered. I asked do they have it or do they order direct from the manufacturer. He stated let me check. He stated that they have plenty in stock at their other warehouse. Five minutes later I had my order in. I get an email this morning stating that the new expected delivery date is 7/29/22. Are you kidding me. I called and was told that they ran out of stock before my order was placed. Misrepresented products Misrepresented item as 10 reams of paper, was shipped a box of 3 reams 2 times and refused to ship the rest of the order or offer a partial refund.
Terrible experience! Part order received. I had to chase up for missing items after a further week. Excuse was that they were moving warehouse but items would be despatched within the week. No delivery again and no explanation. After another follow up email I was then informed that they were not getting further supplies from the supplier. They are taking orders for products they don't have and are not keeping the customer notified of ant delays. Worthless I've been waiting three weeks for a $9 part, finally told them to go fck themselves after I decided to make my own part
Never again Ordered a replacement ceiling fan from this company because they advertised Fast shipping. Was on the phone with customer service for over a week trying to get information about my order, I was lied to, given fake information and misled. I requested to cancel my order and was told that they would be in the request but that too, had a process time of at least a day. (?) Will never buy from this company again. Buyer bewere.
Avoid this seller The picture description did not accurately match the delivered item. Zoro then denied that was a misrepresentation and told me I had to pay the return postage. Will never use this company again.
"3 day ship" Your customer service people were certainly "nice" but gave me the runaround. This product was guaranteed to ship in "3 days" but nobody could ever produce a tracking number. One of your reps even told me(Monday) that it would ship before end of day(the 4th day). That was not true because you evidently never shipped it at all. Another rep actually gave me a bogus "PO#" to use when contacting the manufacturer directly in my efforts to get a shipment confirmation and tracking number. Pathetic lying company Place a order that says in stock. Ship date is a month later. They are a middleman ordering from the manufacturer and don't actually have it in stock. Thank you for wasting my time I should send you a bill
Online order Ordered from Zoro.com today, to receive an email stating unless i ring them they would cancel order. I paid in full for the goods which they did not have and would be 25 days from the manufacturer. Another one of those websites that sells stuff they don't actually have, the email said i had 5 days to ring them, 10 minutes later i receive another email stating they have cancelled order, will now have to open a Paypal dispute to get my money back now.!
