Absolutely terrible company! I placed an order two months ago for shrlving brackets and uprights. The brackets arrived within a few days. Tge uprights never did. I contacted CS and they replied with a promise of more incormation in 4 days. Over a week later, I get an email that they have canceled my order due to their price increasing. No other information. I now have brackets that I can't use or return and will have to hunt down the needed uprights. Complete lack if customer support or service.
If I could write this review with No Stars... I would! I placed an order with this company on 11/13/2021 and received an email confirmation for my order. I contacted them several times to check order status and customer service was great, but there was no progress on my order. I was even given a tracking number before Christmas so I created Gift Certificates for family. False shipping dates, lost order and poor packaging caused damaged product 2-1/2 months later I ordered some aluminum extrusions made by 80/20 inc. from Zoro. 15 business day ship time was advertised. After 15 days I called to get shipping status. They never called back with tracking number but thought it had shipped. Worse than death Who ever decided to bombard my mailbox with zoro branded trash deserves a fate worse than death. This company is worse than worthless. Death to zoro
I would give a zero star if i could. Ordered 8 pieces of vinyl molding. They sent 1 piece. Week later they sent 2 pieces 2weeks later 3 pieces. I then received an email the last 2 pieces were backordered. When originally ordered they told me they were in stock. Now3 more weeks and they they tell me they are out of stock. Would never recommend zero or ever buy another thing from them
Fraudulent Business practices I purchased a $632 toilet from this company through eBay. I was supposed to receive it by November 15th. I called several times asking for status only to be told they would call me back. I never once received a response. The company cancelled my order via eBay stating that I requested the item canceled. Don't shop here Don't shop here I return a ladder November 3 and still haven't gotten my money. They keep telling me 7-10 days and it's not return I needed that money to December rent and now I can't afford it. Buy elsewhere! Anywhere! Product ordered was damaged on delivery and unusable. Emails ignored. Phone calls not answered, so One star Trust Pilot review left. In reply, Zoro asked me to contact their customer service once again. Did so. No reply. No response. Buy elsewhere!
