I ordered on Sunday and received my order on Tuesday. Item exactly as described. Very happy with everything. First time I shopped Zoro, surely not my last.
I have to say that I'm surprised by the reviews I'm seeing. I've used Zoro for a handful of purchases, including a major power tool, and the experience has been excellent. I was aware that Zoro was the retail outlet for Grainger, so never had looked them up, but did so today to see where they are physically located as I was surprised that an item I ordered a few hours ago was being delivered ***** Ground the next day. Sorry you all have been having such a bad time. Just want to say I've been ordering from Zoro for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Orders, returns, good prices, fast delivery and the need for occasional phone calls have ALL been exceptionally positive. Surprised and shocked at the negative reviews.
