Poor quality loft ladder, poor packaging, shocking service I ordered a loft ladder from Zorro on line, by chance I spotted a few bad reviews after purchase so I called TB Davies who manufacture the ladder and spoke to a very help full chap who explained the driver would wait 10 minutes whilst I inspected the ladder and they had a very low percentage of defects, I should have realised its a ladder so the defects should be zero? Had to wait in all day for delivery as you are only given an 11 hour slot from 7AM to 6PM! You only... read more

Order Cancelled No Reason I was directed to zoro.com by Capital One shopping app, they had a gaming chair my son wanted for Christmas, I ordered and everything seemed way to easy; the next morning I have an email saying my order was cancelled, no explanation or why, I cannot respond to email; sent email to customer service as directed in email and received a notice it would be responded to in 48 hrs... this is a Christmas gift. I need information before then.

Horrible business transaction I waited a month for my order and customer service was unable to help whatsoever since the third party seller never acknowledged the order, to begin with. I called several times for an update and I was told sorry no update for you. Wow! Never order anything from this site!

Horrible company, don't order anything Ordered wed. Plus payed for two day air shipping, an won't get it till monday.so much for paying for faster shipping. Dont recommend to any one.

Unbelievable I ordered a quart of paint and 4 days later recieved an email that my order was arriving that day. Sweet! But after checking the tracking number I realized that it was being shipped to an address in Pennsylvania. I live in Michigan! I called and they had no clue how that happened. She immediately placed a replacement order. Problem was there was none in stock. So I just received my refund email where I see they kept the $5.00 shipping fee. Ridiculous! I wish I would have read the reviews before my order

Worst customer service 11/04/2020 made a purchase of $700, an email was received for confirmation, 2 days after I received another email saying that the order was canceled due to incorrect pricing, called zoro right away to see options since I was really in need of the items and also chose to buy from them instead of another deal somewhere else... Their answer was that they were sorry... They didn't even try to make it right for me, I guess they don't really care for their customers.

Customer service Got wrong part late, 1 hr on phn with 34 min wait, rude combative rep, no class to even comp shipping charges zilch.

Terrible, never got my product, didn't update me They wasted two months of my time stringing me along that I would receive the product, and I just found out the latest shipment was canceled. I better get my refund fast!

The only thing they are 'good at' is taking money. Very fast to take your money, and completely useless when it comes to delivering what you pay for. They are lowlife Scammers who hide behind auto-replies and voicemail when contacted...
