I actually love Zoro but it's a double edged sword. Their selection is outstanding. Items are usually in stock. Their prices are fair, and their shipping can't be beat for cost or timeliness. If you need to speak to customer service, it is as close to an enjoyable experience as you could have. However, there is one single issue that drives me crazy; It shouldn't take me extended lengths of time to find an item when my search includes a very precise description of what I'm looking for.
