No reply, no service, no support, no product... I placed an order with Zoro.com and have been waiting for a shipping confirmation for about two weeks. I've then called customer support and sent multiple e-mails asking about the status of my order. I was promised to get an update as soon as they hear from the vendor (seems like they sell products that are supposed to be delivered from China). Bad search & payment experience When using the search filter (I was using my phone} if you have an item selected then go back and try to add another option, the filter window closes. You can't add multiple filters! You have to delete the filter you are using then go back and try a different filter. I wasn't able to buy the parts I was looking for! Deceived about order for 10gal trashcan lid Talked to Larry about ordering 10gal trashcan lid. When I received my order it was the wrong size. Called back and talked to Sam. She said the correct lid wasn't available anymore. Why would I be sent wrong lid if correct one wasn't available? Will be given my purchase money back minus shipping cost. Felt like they should have reimbused me for the whole cost. They knowingly sent me the wrong lid. Shipping is on them.
3 out of 4 orders screwed up! I've spent lots of time on the phone with customer service and the individuals I have worked with have been kind and professional, however, my experience overall has been terrible. I've place 4 orders with them and 4 of them had to ultimately be cancelled because while the site indicated the items were in stock, this was not the case, and moreover, a couple of them weren't expected to be available for over 2 months. Don't order from them Do yourself a favor and find a different company to do business with. Our first order was "lost" so they offered to send another one or a refund and we were only a little annoyed at this point, after that pleasant phone conversation we waited for the promised email with the new tracking number for the new shipment. Horrible service I ordered a 36 ft aluminum ladder on June 17th for $404.00 out the door and before I ordered it, it was not back ordered and it said it would ship out in one business day and then I emailed Zoro on Sunday June 20th asking if the ladder is going to be shipped out because all of a sudden it's reading back ordered and then I called this morning and the girl said it was back ordered so I canceled my order then went back online and then the same ladder is not back ordered but the price has skyrocketed for the sam... read more
Wrong color received, difficulties getting return label We ordered the Mint colored pendant and what we received is more of a blue pendant. We tried emailing them but had no response. You may never get your order. Terrible company. I ordered a large raft for a Memorial river trip on 5/19 and it says "Item ships in 3-5 days". A month later I still have not received the item.
