I read the reviews but I ordered anyway because the price was better than I could find elsewhere. I ordered on May 18 and it was sitting on my front porch an May 20. I can't ask for faster service than that.
I ordered an electric motor arbor and was informed that the supplier was unable to ship it due to a stock out. I was informed that **** would attempt to get the item and cancel my order in 7 days if unsuccessful. I called the service number provided in the email as I very much needed the item. The customer service representative was friendly, apologized for the delay, found a substitute item and cancelled the original order. I never new of Zoro until I was searching for the lowest price on an item that I was buying for an up coming project. They had the lowest price plus offered free shipping plus a 10% discount if I registered my email address BEST PRICE BY FAR.
