I ordered for the first time from this company. The hand tool was for sale at a much lower price than at any other online retailer. I read many bad reviews about this company, but thought I'd take a chance since the order was small. To my surprise, the item came in two days as the company promised. The first box of detergent was "lost in transit" by ***** after 10 days. How this can happen I don't know. Probably stolen. Anyway the Zoro *** happily ***laced my product and arranged for 2-day shipping. I was also given the choice of a refund. Really great customer service, and much appreciated.
