Order never shipped, 3rd party vendor not legitimate... no working phone number My first order with Zoro. It's been about a month since I placed my order and a product represented to ship within 10 days still has not shipped. A Zoro representative stated that the 3rd party vendor to ship the order was Marmon Retail Store Equipment LLC and gave me a phone number for the company as *******317. Horrible Customer Service I work for a multi-billion dollar company and simply asked to be sent a quote for very large ticket item. Did NOT ask for discount! Need to have very large purchases pre-approved. This would have been 1st of many orders to follow to replace all of our stairs. Cannot call - left on eternal hold. Tried customer service email and received reply to just order online - no special pricing. So very frustrated.

3rd party order Even though I read about their low track record on 3rd party orders, I thought I would give them a try. The experience for me was no better. When I contacted them they said my item was on back order, yet it showed in stock when I ordered it. They never bothered to tell me right away. This was my first order, and it will be the last. Surprised they are still in business.

Worst experience I ordered a desk from zoro, worst customer service. The order was supposed to arrive on the 6th of April, they tried delivering it on the 9th and the reason they couldn't deliver it was because the trailer didn't fit in the parking lot mind you we are in a professional building with lots of space to park. So I ended up receiving the following Monday only for the delivery guy to tell me he can't deliver it because it's too heavy for him oh and they don't deliver to the second floor (I had already spoken to a ... read more

"In stock" items aren't in stock I placed an order for gloves 2 weeks ago. They were listed as in stock and ready to ship in 3 to 5 days. As of today they still haven't shipped. My home business has been crippled for over a week as a result.

Wast of time With the C. Card in hand a and all the Itemized equipment numbers reviewed with the sales person we are all set go. Just one detail, I explained that we require a printed Recipe in the box with the orders a fully detailed with all relaven information, item, number, cost, total, type of payment, and the date ordered, date shipped, order number... Waste of Time Third party suppliers keep you waiting. I was told I would be notified within 24-48 hrs. With an update. Zoro did not follow up or tell me they heard nothing from their supplier. When I called back they said sometimes it takes up to 6 business days to hear from them. It was already almost a month since ordered. Maybe their business days are on the work 1 (BUSINESS) day a week program. In that case I should hear from them in about 6 months. Will not do business with Zoro ever.

Zero star does not even justify how poor the service is If I can give zero star, I would. I placed an order for an exit light fixture on 3/3/21. I waited and waited, no update until 3/9/21. I called and was told it's coming from their vendor and can't do much about it. I asked for my order to be reviewed and followed with their vendor. The customer service I spoke with was nice enough to promise that I will hear from her no matter what on that same day. Nothing. Merchandise comes broken, beat up, missing parts... And Zoro does nothing about it. Their return policy stinks. If they arrive perfect, you're good. If they come with holes in the boxes, beat up, and look like they were re-routed through 3rd world countries, you are probably out of the luck. Calling customer service is a treat. No one can do anything besides make you pack everything back up in the crappy box that was falling apart to begin with and ship it all back, and then they still don't give you your refund.
