Misleading Ad Get 10% off in your first purchase, I did then I was told that Dewalt didn't take coupons or discount. After ready to pay. Called CS they don't care.

LARGEST GARBAGE (Rhyme intended) This entire website is absolute trash. This was my second time ordering from them (gave them a second chance) and they screwed me once again. The first order they triple charged my debit card. TRIPLE CHARGE! Being debit, it was a hassle explaining this transaction to my bank since Zoro customer service did not properly cooperate. Send Them Your Money But Don't Expect Anything In Return! I bought a dresser from them which did not arrive. I emailed multiple times for assistance, but got copy and paste emails in response. They have no interest in resolving the problem.

Black hole Ordered an item. Two weeks later no shipping update, so I sent an email to customer support. Turns out the item was discontinued. If I hadn't reached out... not sure the order status would have ever changed. Two stars because at least customer service responded within 24 hours.

Shipping Once I ordered there a screwdriver set and was waiting for my purchase for almost three month! The product is good but service leaves something to be desired.

The worst service all the way around. Horrible service all the way around: Ordered a part I needed. They sent me a box with hardware missing. Then they wouldn't send me a replacement until they were sure I sent this junk back. I sent it back, days past, I received no confirmation of replacement, so I called. They added some steps to returns that the first person didn't mention. We got it settled. Pictures never match items Bought overshoes on several tries... wrong ones every time! Supposed to be the yellow bottom/ black top kind.(see picture) Customer service swore they were the right ones and still got sent the wrong ones again and again. Customer service wait time pretty extreme... over 15-30 minutes on average.

Very poor communication and customer service! I placed an order on Dec 4 which was to ship in 10 business days. It is now about two weeks later and still no shipping information and they can't provide me with any form of ETA. Just some communication, even bad news, is better than none!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! This company has no clue. They sell items and claim they are in stock and then blame 3rd party vendors when they do not ship. Every excuse imaginable and they change the excuses all the time (Covid, Shipping issue, damaged containers at the ports, etc). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
