Worst online shopping experience ever! This company advertise the good service! But manipulate the system! Once they have your payment held they fob you off with utter lies! Cancelation even told me they will try cancel but might be too late and payment will still be charged! Basically there loop hole to keep you waiting until they actually get stock! Thing is though! You purchase to receive items on a timescale for a reason! Went elsewhere but guess what even with 48hr notice to cancel! I was apparently too late even though... read more

S C A M - A L E R T! We have an established Farm and Trucking Company. They declined our micro-order terms, so we decided to never do business with Zoro. We have ever been denied credit and we will never stand for an denials, ever, ever. This told us a great deal about Zoro. In fact, we went to a competitor and ordered the very same product, got approved by PO and have already tendered payment. Terrible Service I bought a $1200 auto fill valve for a boiler system and had a plumber install it for $350. However it did not work and I paid the plumber another $200 to figure out why. Turned out to be a very small defective part, so I called the manufactuer who said they will warranty it and send out the part if their distributer Zoro.com requests the parts. However Zoro.com wants me to pay the plumber $200 to uninstall it and then for me to send it back to them. Then they will send me a new one back out at which time I ... read more

Don't purchase from Zoro I purchased 3 cases of Tejava Tea and only received 1 case. I contacted them twice and they said they would send the remaining two cases, but that was more than a month ago and I still have not received the balance of my order. This company is a complete rip-off! Don't make the same mistake I made by purchasing anything from them.

RUN... JUST RUN I wouldn't buy from them again if they were giving away stuff for free! Worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. Ship damaged items, promise refunds that never come - outright fraudulent! Run... just run!

Keep Selling Wrong Models of Paper Towel Dispensers We received a black color dispenser while the website is showing Smoke Color. I contacted the Manufacturer Georgia Pacific and asked if Smoke color are available. According to them Smoke were discontinued a while ago. Its very deceptive that Zoro still sell them under Smoke Color.

Pathetic customer experience Placed the order # SO******* on 18th Aug and was informed the next day that one of the two items is discontinued and another is on backorder. The backorder item was provided with a shipment date of 15th Sep. Today is 23rd Sep and now they tell me their supplier is not responding. Seriously. Their customer service is also pathetic, until I followed up 3 times, no one would give me any information. Worst customer experience.

Won't return item Purchase the ceiling fan for a rental that I live in and found out it was the incorrect unit that I needed. Tried to return it but evidently they have a 30-day return policy and even though I just spent six weeks in the hospital and had no opportunity to do so they won't help me out in any way shape or form and I just lost $140 through these lousy pieces of crap, don't waste your time go to a company that actually has customer service and will help the customer
