Don't purchase from Zoro I purchased 3 cases of Tejava Tea and only received 1 case. I contacted them twice and they said they would send the remaining two cases, but that was more than a month ago and I still have not received the balance of my order. This company is a complete rip-off! Don't make the same mistake I made by purchasing anything from them.

RUN... JUST RUN I wouldn't buy from them again if they were giving away stuff for free! Worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. Ship damaged items, promise refunds that never come - outright fraudulent! Run... just run!

Keep Selling Wrong Models of Paper Towel Dispensers We received a black color dispenser while the website is showing Smoke Color. I contacted the Manufacturer Georgia Pacific and asked if Smoke color are available. According to them Smoke were discontinued a while ago. Its very deceptive that Zoro still sell them under Smoke Color.

Pathetic customer experience Placed the order # SO******* on 18th Aug and was informed the next day that one of the two items is discontinued and another is on backorder. The backorder item was provided with a shipment date of 15th Sep. Today is 23rd Sep and now they tell me their supplier is not responding. Seriously. Their customer service is also pathetic, until I followed up 3 times, no one would give me any information. Worst customer experience.

Won't return item Purchase the ceiling fan for a rental that I live in and found out it was the incorrect unit that I needed. Tried to return it but evidently they have a 30-day return policy and even though I just spent six weeks in the hospital and had no opportunity to do so they won't help me out in any way shape or form and I just lost $140 through these lousy pieces of crap, don't waste your time go to a company that actually has customer service and will help the customer

Poor Delivery (WARNING AVOID AT ALL COST) Promised 48 Hour shipping 5 days later and still no tracking number, Just been told Supplier changed the delivery date I made the purchase from ZORO not their supplier

Order cancelled, credit card charged, no merchandise shipped Ordered a Meyda Tiffany floor lamp. A week later, no shipping notification. Called customer service, and was told that the item is out of stock, and they have to cancel the order. Fine - received confirmation that the order was cancelled, and ordered a different torchiere, at a different web site. Crooks! Placed an online order on August 5 for product. Product was received completely damaged and unusable. Called and emailed. No reply. Ended up opening a claim with paypal. They ended up send the replacement package 2 weeks later to the completely wrong business in a completely different State. Had to dispute with PayPal again... STILL NO REFUND! Bussines on rigt way! (sorcastic) Ordered Chandelier from Zoro, Never received product, After weeks and emails to Zoro, "Must send from factory", costumer service explain, Call to factory, "We are don't have this product anymore", But lamp still is still on Zoro wed with 3 Day shipping, I recommended to Zoro and other this virtual type company to start real estate Mars land if it not sold et, picture is free from NASA.web.
