Poor Customer Service I agree with the current overall rating: "The most common issues with Zoro.com are around customer service, which is not as good as expected by some customers." I placed an order 7 days and haven't received any shipping information yet. I just spent an hour on their customer service phone line only to hear about a hundred times how important my call is to Zoro. My phone ran out of juice before anyone answered my call.

Zoro.com actively competing for title of worst retailer. I ordered a chair for our office as I needed to replace a broken one. The price at Zoro.com seemed right and I was ordering one anticipating that we would be ordering many others in the future. NOPE! The order was placed on May 21st. As of June 22nd it still says "ORDER PENDING". The company's webpage even says "Please allow UP TO 20 business days for fulfillment" well, 20 business day was well passed. Lumber Guide Tool broke just tightening the bolts to hold it on the chain saw. The cast iron split simply hand tightening. Piece of garbage. I can't get through to customer service, poor directions. Glad it only costs $30 dollars to find out. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

COMPLAINT CUSTOMER SERVICE Why do u guys have a phone #, & not answering it & hearing that same recording crap & keeping people waiting like fools for no reason? When all we want to do is place an order with your company. Change your customer service protocol, it's___t!

I thought Zoro was good, but changed my mind Things arrived quickly and as described. Now I have an issue with a product I cannot get though to customer service. An hour of listening to their endless promotional loop of announcements. Giving up on the return and Zoro.

False claims for shipping I ordered a circular saw from Zoro on their ebay store. When I ordered it on May 8, it had a guaranteed delivery date of May 14 which coincided with a job I had agreed to do. A couple of days before it was due to arrive, I started tracking the shipping progress. According to the tracking information, the saw was not going to arrive by the guaranteed date. Avoid avoid Avoid at all cost. Terrable UK base company a total inbarsment to are country's buissess. Sold a damaged pump took 42! Calls and emails to send back and 2 month later still no refund.

Most frustrating company award! In January, I submitted an order, and it is now June, and after many delays, I received an email that they are canceling my order! One of the 3 items arrived, but in the wrong color. The other 2 items were on back-order, with the date stretching to March, then May, then ultimately I received an email in June, saying they just cancelled the other items! Stay away... pay more elsewhere! Purchased an item on 4-1-20 still waiting for my money back after one excuse after another! Their customer service is as lame as a duck! Incompetent inept and clueless! After 2 months of crap I wanted my money back and 2 weeks later have not got a refund.! They gave me excuse after excuse! Then said I would get a refund and never honered it. I will NEVER EVER deal with them again. Had to escalate a claim with PayPal or I would be SOL. So yourself a favor and NEVER buy anything from them
