Absolutely horrible fruad Said they would ship within 3 business days, 6 business days later, they said they have not shipped and i may it may not get a refund. Horrible customer service
Never order from Zoro.com Ordered a ladder and was told it would be delivered on 7/28. It never showed. The wait for customer service is the worse ever. I would never order from them.
Nobody answers the phone, waited 33 minutes Placed an order that was suppose to be delivered on Sat 7/18 but later that day at 4:30pm tracking shows order delayed till Monday 7/20. Of course order contained critical AC parts for a customer's central AC so I really needed them with heat wave coming to Northeast. Tried calling them, nobody answers. Over 33 minutes on hold till I gave up. Useless company! I will NEVER buy from again. Mike
Appalling servic Appalling service. Next day delivery resulted in 4 days and this was only when prompted by telephone to process the order. No response to emails chasing order and no explanation for order not being 'picked'.
Terrible Customer Service - Did not deliver goods Hours of time wasted on hold. I ordered preschool tables on zoro.com. They did not arrive when promised. Waited a month! I sent three emails inquiring about the status, none of which were answered. I am now on hold for ages, which is the ONLY way to cancel the order!
Virtually no customer service No one answers emails. No one answers the phone. Item is sitting at pending fulfillment for multiple weeks now. Inventory is clearly messed up, and no one is taking care of the issues. No way to cancel order unless speaking to a real person.
False promise on inventory They show that they have product on inventory and when you place an order, they send you messages that is delayed --- I ordered a product on early June for delivery in that week --- now they are sending emails that the product may be shipped July 31 -- when you call -- they profusely & uselessly apologize and say product is in "high demand." They just want to take your order and ship it whenever they have it while they misrepresent their inventory on their website... I will never buy anything from ... read more
Terrible company Ordered an item about 5 weeks ago. Waited for a month. No communication from Zoro.com. Reached out to them and requested am update on the status of my order. Waited for a week. Not a word. Sent another request. Nothing. Time to cancel the order and write an honest feedback.
Unresponsive I put an order on May 7. I haven't received it yet. I have inquired about it 3 times as of today, June 25. Two weeks ago I received an apology but no further information. At this point, I really don't expect my order to arrive.
