Returns: an imposible task. Seriously, is taking me 3 months and I still have the item that weights more than 80 pounds. I purchased from Walmart and the item arrived cracked. Walmart said to contact Zoro. Unfortunately Zoro's customer service is terrible. No one answers and the answering system keeps you in line for hours. I'm not kidding hours. Misleading product description I ordered a cordless chainsaw from zoro.com. The product description read charger and battery included. For some reason I received a shipment with 2 saws and no battery or charger. I called customer service and they emailed a shipping label to send back the second chainsaw and I was under the understanding that the charger and battery would be sent in another shipment. Bad company It's very bad company, they are not honest and offer in the photos what does not match the truth. His customer service is very bad. I bought a medium-sized stove with a gas hose and regulator, but I received a small stove without a hose, and I tried to contact customer service and sent more than one email to return the stove, but without any answer, I advise against dealing with this company. Advise not to deal with this company.
The website stated "In stock" The website stated "In stock. Item ships from Zoro in 1 business day." This was the basis for my decision to purchase this part from Zoro. I received no communication regarding a shipping delay of 8 days. I will not receive this part until almost 2 weeks after ordering. Furthermore, attempting to call customer service was futile.
Horrible customer service I ordered two keys from Zoro and just received one plus an empty envelope. I emailed them immediately and they replied saying they would get back to me in two days, a week later with no response I called them and was on hold for over twenty minutes. I think that this is a Millinial corporation that has no respect for customer service. I will never order from them again.
Was told it would arrive Wednesday, that came and went, no goods received! COMPANY OF LIARS! Placed an order as their website was showing stocks. Called 07/08 to find out where the stocks were and was told "They'll be in early next week and you should have by Wednesday lunch tme". Wednesday comes and goes, and nothing arrives. Terrible service I ordered a safe from Walmart which was proxied through zoro. Delivery date comes and goes no item. Walmart and i reached out to their joke of a customer support system, neither of us got anyone from over there. We called and emailed. The order came to my town then magically disappeared. Its under my suspicion that zoro employees crooks who like to steal packages, change my mind zoro. I will avoid this company like the plague. Id give negative stars if i could.
Run Away If you are looking for any type of customer service, this is not the company for you. I have tried to contact about my order and I have yet to speak to or get a reply from anyone at Zoro.com. Anyway, I have learned a good lesson, I will check reviews before ordering from anyone. Thank goodness my order was only $12. Jim
