Had never heard of them before ordering from them and I was hesitant. I wanted to order a few thousand $$ of electrical equipment for my RV. At the end of the day, I went ahead with the order and have placed a total of 3 orders with them now in the past 5 months. The longest I've ever had to wait for them to ship my order is the same business day. They send me 20% off coupons almost weekly now in the mail and their prices on this equipment was the best I had seen, so the extra coupon codes have come in handy.Will definitely ... read more

I read the reviews but I ordered anyway because the price was better than I could find elsewhere. I ordered on May 18 and it was sitting on my front porch an May 20. I can't ask for faster service than that.

I ordered an electric motor arbor and was informed that the supplier was unable to ship it due to a stock out. I was informed that **** would attempt to get the item and cancel my order in 7 days if unsuccessful. I called the service number provided in the email as I very much needed the item. The customer service representative was friendly, apologized for the delay, found a substitute item and cancelled the original order. I never new of Zoro until I was searching for the lowest price on an item that I was buying for an up coming project. They had the lowest price plus offered free shipping plus a 10% discount if I registered my email address BEST PRICE BY FAR. The large item weighing over 600lbs was delivered on a freight *********** was surprised on how professional this company was, it's hard to find out there. I have to say that I'm surprised by the reviews I'm seeing. I've used Zoro for a handful of purchases, including a major power tool, and the experience has been excellent. I was aware that Zoro was the retail outlet for Grainger, so never had looked them up, but did so today to see where they are physically located as I was surprised that an item I ordered a few hours ago was being delivered ***** Ground the next day. Sorry you all have been having such a bad time. Just want to say I've been ordering from Zoro for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Orders, returns, good prices, fast delivery and the need for occasional phone calls have ALL been exceptionally positive. Surprised and shocked at the negative reviews. Might have happened during shipping, but product arrived damaged. It's a flimsy plastic lens cover and not very well protected in the box, so suggest maybe better packaging, very light foam or bubble wrap, maybe. Other than that, website, price, and product selection was fine.
