Not professional I ordered BBQ grill, they did not confirm the sale, they did not ship the sale tried to cancel the order; they did not have a history of your order? Very poor web site. After 6 weeks I received a sale receipt on my email. I tried to cancel the ordered thy told them they shipped it. I ask them what is their return procedure... they never replay? Do not buy from them
Customer service sucks Placed an order and 2 weeks later nothing. Emailed 3 times nothing. Called several times put on hold for over 20 mins.
Zero communication Terrible customer service. I ordered my product on 5//17 and it is 9 days later. There is no communication on there end. Been on hold 3 times for over a hour each time. No shipping conformation but they took my money out of my bank. I will be requesting a full refund.
Scam This company shows products listed that they have but when you go call the manufacturer and they don't have it in stock and this is 13 days later that you find this out! Never use this trashy company and they are owned by Grainger which marks prices way up and scams people as well
Terrible customer service I placed an order online for some very simple plumbing elbows. The ordering system indicated shipping within 5 days, and now it is over 2 weeks since I placed the order and I can not get through to customer service at Zoro. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up... This company is the worst - do not use them if you are looking for customer service!
STAY AWAY Dealing with Zoro has been the worst experience ever. I order over two months ago and after multiple times reaching out to customer service I still had not received an answer of when my package would arrive. I requested a refund over two weeks ago and still HAVE NOT received my refund. I will never purchase from here again and recommend you do not so as well.

Wrong item months late I have been looking for a replacement bag for my Sun Joe SBJ802E for months. I'm not alone as many others are in the same boat. Not sure why Sun Joe isn't making them available. They constantly spring holes in the collection bag. I was thrilled when I thought Zoro had the bag. I corresponded with them in February, then heard nothing from them until April when two bags arrived at my house.
