Scam This company shows products listed that they have but when you go call the manufacturer and they don't have it in stock and this is 13 days later that you find this out! Never use this trashy company and they are owned by Grainger which marks prices way up and scams people as well

Terrible customer service I placed an order online for some very simple plumbing elbows. The ordering system indicated shipping within 5 days, and now it is over 2 weeks since I placed the order and I can not get through to customer service at Zoro. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever picked up... This company is the worst - do not use them if you are looking for customer service!

STAY AWAY Dealing with Zoro has been the worst experience ever. I order over two months ago and after multiple times reaching out to customer service I still had not received an answer of when my package would arrive. I requested a refund over two weeks ago and still HAVE NOT received my refund. I will never purchase from here again and recommend you do not so as well.

Late. Ads on their phone. Missing parts When you call Zoro you have wait through Three ads from other companies My shipment came May 9th instead of April 25 They had no outer box

Wrong item months late I have been looking for a replacement bag for my Sun Joe SBJ802E for months. I'm not alone as many others are in the same boat. Not sure why Sun Joe isn't making them available. They constantly spring holes in the collection bag. I was thrilled when I thought Zoro had the bag. I corresponded with them in February, then heard nothing from them until April when two bags arrived at my house. Price Gouging during COVID-19 on PPE Products I was looking for disposable nitrile gloves for my company and they advertising 100 count boxes for $144.80. This is straight up craziness. Most gloves are about $15-$20 per box. I don't know who would purchase these gloves. I will be contacting the attorney general next.

Misleading advertisement Simple purchase of and "In Stock item" that ships from manufacturer... Ships in 10 business days... or 21 that's close though. This appears to be a cut rate third person sales site that hopefully will go under to make room for companies who can deliver what's promised. The customer service representative was very polite. Sad she has to apologize for such a dirty company. Long story short, in stock ships in 10 business days or less means no idea if its in stock and ships when it ships no rush.

Wast of time working with Zoro.com I purchase a product (Bi-Pass Closet Track Kit, 72"L x 2-5/8"W) at zoro site, I wanted and finally, they sent me the wrong part (2"w not 2-5/8"W) of course that does not help me, so I called they apologize and said they will send the right parts this time. I asked to verify its really 2-5/8"W, they did. I waited 10 days, and then been notified by my bank that they refund me the order why? Too good to be true Ordered a small product for a good price. Four days later I received an email saying "Our supplier has notified us that this item is no longer available and it has been removed from your order and our inventory." I suspect the real reason is the price was lower than I could find it anywhere else and when they realized that they fabricated the story. Just a hunch.
