I am extremely disappointed in how my order and customer service case (can provide case number upon request) was handled by **************************. I placed order (can provide order number upon request) on 13 Jan 2026 for what is clearly labeled "Eero PRO 7, 3 PK". I ordered 4 pairs of reading sunglasses. The Zoro website indicated they were all in stock. They were not in stock and I had to wait almost a week for delivery. I could have ordered the same reading sunglasses from ****** and gotten them overnight. I spoke with the Zoro customer service agent, they were unapologetic but advised that the vendor was out of stock for these reader sunglasses and they were going through other vendor to fulfill the order and that they would be shipped the day i spoke to her. As a business owner / reseller I have ordered from ZORO at least 20 times over the years. I needed degreaser ASAP so I called and made sure that their online claim was valid that read ORDERS PLACED TODAY BEFORE 4PM CST WILL SHIP TODAY. They assured me that this order would ship today. No complaints with ZORO. They had what I needed at a reasonable price. However, ZORO needs to Change shipping companies. It supposedly arrived at the ***** facility, only 20 miles from my location 2 days after I made my purchase. It then sat at the ***** facility for 11 days, before it was finally delivered to me! As this purchase was for a blower motor for someone's heat source, I chose ZORO because of the expected "fast" delivery. Because of ZORO'S choice in carriers, my co-worker was without heat for almost 2 weeks.
