"Perfect for businesses who need an overview of their customer service!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love being able to see an entire snapshot of all of the reviews, from Google, as well as internal feedback. I also love seeing a "rating" that includes internal feedback that is not just from Google. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Customers tend to leave reviews only when they are upset, by using BirdEye customers are given the option to leave a review about their GREAT experience. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Honestly I don't really have any dislikes What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I a able to see when clients are upset and get the conversation offline. I am able to use the dashboard and have all the reviews in one place.

What do you dislike about Birdeye? There's not much to dislike. However, sometimes on the app, filtering my ticket results doesn't load correctly.
