"Great Experience" What do you like best about Birdeye? The support given by the company is excellent. I rarely have any issues but when I do they are quick to help. I like it because it makes it easy for clients to leave review without me having to initiate the review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? "BirdEye Business Boomer" What do you like best about Birdeye? While we love the core functionality of the BirdEye Application (easy reviews) the new Inbox is excellent.
