We have been BirdEye customers for quite some time. I am a believer in the review process for all businesses regardless of the platform. I am aware of certain pitfalls with false or misleading reviews, however an intelligent consumer will generally take the reviews overall as a whole and know that one or two reviews may not be accurate taken out of context. No public pricing; no thanks. Horrible customer experience. I just want pricing information, so visited the pricing page and had to fill out some form, but that didn't work because the form doesn't recognize my phone number (?!) So I opened the help widget. Some dumb bot asked me a bunch of questions but choked on my phone number. So I called them, and some guy asked the same bunch of questions even though I'm already in their Saleforce by now. My most recent experience with Birdeye has two parts. 1) messaging through the chat to notify of the problem and then 2) Calling in because the problem hadn't been resolved. When I called in, the Birdeye rep was pleasant and helpful and prompt. 10/10. However, I had to call in because when I had messaged in a week earlier, nothing had been done. I had messaged a week earlier and was met with an auto message saying that chat wasn't available but that my message would be passed on. It doesn't appear that this system is working... read more

The customer service rep was nice and helpful, but when I try to post my review on my google+ it still states not integrated so the problem was not fixed.

Initial conference call was missed by Birdeye rep - but issue was resolved within a few weeks. Email communication was good.
