BirdEye is impossible to communicate with ,Id like to edit a review and can't. I write hundreds of reviews and often edit them if my experiences change.
Once you sign on the dotted line, it is impossible to get any support. No one returns calls, or emails. Chat is absolutely useless as they just direct to call a tech support line that has antiquated robo-responses that says all agents are busy.

Our experience with Birdeye software has been good, but their customer service sucks. We had decided to go with a new review company after several years with Birdeye. We finally after several attempts, got a hold of a real person, just days after our subscription renewed for the third year. We found out that our subscription had been on auto renew. They tell us that we must pay for another full year. They are a greedy company, so read all the fine print.
PLEASE READ BEFORE USING BIRDEYE. Make sure you ask the right questions and get second opinions before using BirdEye. The product/service doesn't do everything they say it can do and really isn't as great as they make it appear. We were very excited at first, but are now thoroughly disappointed. We are especially discouraged with their lack of concern in resolving a very serious issue. I have asked these guys to please cancel my membership prior to any setup. They keep charging me without authorization. Make sure you don’t give them credit card information and get a cancelation number from them if you decide to cancel. In my case, I decided that birdeye was not a good fit and they are just proving me right.
Customer service extremely poor. Impossible to get anyone on phone. Won't let you out of contract. So Beware. When you complain whatever they are supposted to do stops and they continue to bill you.
