Patient and answered all my questions. Resolved my problem at the end as well.
I felt like the chat was rather delayed but once he understood the severity of the issue he was able to escalate the situation for me and get what I needed to have happen stop. I was very appreciative that he was able to fix the issue and call me back when he did.

When I was sold this subscription I was told employee tagging was as easy as using the assisted by field. Come to find out, that only counts your review requests. The process to have the employees tagged is quite easy, I just wish I had known before.
I was told by my sales rep when I signed up that my customers were able to post the reviews on their GMB and Facebook in the reviews section not as just a post. Kind of misleading.

The support representative was able to get me to reset my password and educated me how the review process worked! I never received any of this from Legwork!
If only Birdeye does appointment confirmations If only they allow control of the timing when survey requests should be sent (6.30-7pm are just not good times and you can’t change that!!)
