I have asked these guys to please cancel my membership prior to any setup. They keep charging me without authorization. Make sure you don’t give them credit card information and get a cancelation number from them if you decide to cancel. In my case, I decided that birdeye was not a good fit and they are just proving me right.
Customer service extremely poor. Impossible to get anyone on phone. Won't let you out of contract. So Beware. When you complain whatever they are supposted to do stops and they continue to bill you.

What a shame. We really needed your help and the gentleman who called managed to successfully talk me out of the deal. I don’t mind that I’m a small business and ‘probably couldn’t afford’ the service. I’m possibly old enough to be his mother and I don’t take that level of disrespect from anyone. I wish you the best for your business.
When I signed up so I could see the demo, I was never provided with a path to see the demo. Instead, I got about 10 emails in the first day! After 3, I clicked the unsubscribe button. Two weeks later, after responding to "customer service" reps and demanding I be unsubscribed, I just had to file a complaint with the feds.
