What a shame. We really needed your help and the gentleman who called managed to successfully talk me out of the deal. I don’t mind that I’m a small business and ‘probably couldn’t afford’ the service. I’m possibly old enough to be his mother and I don’t take that level of disrespect from anyone. I wish you the best for your business.
When I signed up so I could see the demo, I was never provided with a path to see the demo. Instead, I got about 10 emails in the first day! After 3, I clicked the unsubscribe button. Two weeks later, after responding to "customer service" reps and demanding I be unsubscribed, I just had to file a complaint with the feds.

I am aware of certain pitfalls with false or misleading reviews, however an intelligent consumer will generally take the reviews overall as a whole and know that one or two reviews may not be accurate taken out of context. No public pricing; no thanks. Horrible customer experience. I just want pricing information, so visited the pricing page and had to fill out some form, but that didn't work because the form doesn't recognize my phone number (?!) So I opened the help widget. Some dumb bot asked me a bunch of questions but choked on my phone number. So I called them, and some guy asked the same bunch of questions even though I'm already in their Saleforce by now.
