I felt the implementation was easy and pretty self-explanatory. Akshita and Samar were helpful with the questions we had. Unfortunately after two weeks of using the new service, we felt communication got a bit lost and some of the important features we need to make texts useful aren't available to us.
Suggestion: Please make it easier to find/ copy our personal URL so we can add it as a hyperlink on our emails to clients.
