App appears to be everything a company could need for gathering reviews, chat bot, Texting capabilities for landlines, and customer engagement. BirdEye is really good at taking payment for a full year of service upfront and getting an initial onboarding done within one day of taking your money. After that they have no follow thru on making sure you are using their software or if everything is going well. Initial setup call happened within 1 day of signing up and paying for a full year license for 2 stores. After the initial setup call we had an old texting app that needed to be shut down prior to BirdEye taking over the texting on our landlines. Have been waiting for 3 weeks now for BirdEye to set up a follow up call and arrange to transfer our texting capabilities. Really unfortunate that our customers are going to lose the ability to text us until BirdEye gets off the dime and works with the old vendor to transfer the text... read more

The worst vender I have ever dealt with in the auto industry in 33 yrs. DO NOT USE this company. If you are currently signed up then I suggest you cancel ASAP. DO NOT give them a credit card for payment.

This Company is only interested in your money. They continue to bill you even after you cancel the services. DO NOT use these people. DO NOT set an account up on a credit card. If you already have a account set up, CANCEL it. If you are thinking of Signing up, DON'T!!! You will regret the level of service. They will say anything to get you inked. Don't believe a word they say!!

I felt the implementation was easy and pretty self-explanatory. Akshita and Samar were helpful with the questions we had. Unfortunately after two weeks of using the new service, we felt communication got a bit lost and some of the important features we need to make texts useful aren't available to us.
