The support team member, Girish Pacherwal, was great. However, our account representative and any other contact outreach has been beyond unsatisfactory. I have sent over 5 emails to our account rep with zero response in over 2 months. Then, after requesting a change, I am told someone tried to call me. No one did, I have no missed calls or voicemails. I need answers from our rep, or to have a new one assigned, and the follow through on this has been pathetic. Unacceptable business practices put forth by Birdeye. The claims are not authentic nor confirmed. Do not rely on these reviews to make a knowledgeable decision. I would rate a -1 but that is not an option. I tried to phone this company to discuss but was getting the terminal programmed run-around.

Again as before, not being notified about the certificate expiration was an issue. Glad you are getting that resolved.
The rep. I had was great Dviya...but I have to say I'm extremely disappointed at how long it took to get both of these issues resolved:Facebook aggregation and enabling Interactions for two accounts. It literally took 15-minutes for Dvyia to do what I needed and I've been asking for a week for help through partner support. That's unacceptable.

They currently don't integrate with our EMR so we're unable to automatically send requests. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?
