Akshita has been great. Extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive!
I felt the implementation was easy and pretty self-explanatory. Akshita and Samar were helpful with the questions we had. Unfortunately after two weeks of using the new service, we felt communication got a bit lost and some of the important features we need to make texts useful aren't available to us.
Suggestion: Please make it easier to find/ copy our personal URL so we can add it as a hyperlink on our emails to clients.

Bird eye has helped me to get from 1 review to over 200 legitimate 5 star reviews.
The support team member, Girish Pacherwal, was great. However, our account representative and any other contact outreach has been beyond unsatisfactory. I have sent over 5 emails to our account rep with zero response in over 2 months. Then, after requesting a change, I am told someone tried to call me. No one did, I have no missed calls or voicemails. I need answers from our rep, or to have a new one assigned, and the follow through on this has been pathetic.
