    The rep. I had was great Dviya...but I have to say I'm extremely disappointed at how long it took to get both of these issues resolved:Facebook aggregation and enabling Interactions for two accounts. It literally took 15-minutes for Dvyia to do what I needed and I've been asking for a week for help through partner support. That's unacceptable.

    "Started Birdeye at TWO companys!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Requesting reviews from all of our patients is easy and seamless with birdeye! What do you dislike about Birdeye? They currently don't integrate with our EMR so we're unable to automatically send requests. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We went from 45 reviews to 600+ in one year.

    "Unresponsive, Inaccurate, Expensive" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye provides an overview of most reviews we receive online, as well as auto-responses for a few of these. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Our managed listing information is often inaccurate, and cannot be updated quickly (e.g. unexpected closings). Many channels aren't covered.     This is a terrible website. Once you write a review, there is no way to edit it or remove it. Fix this problem and you have a winner.

    "Time Saver!" What do you like best about Birdeye? It's an all-in-one platform that we can easily read and respond to online reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish there was an instant notification when we receive a review. It takes about 2 days to come thru email but I have made it a habit to check daily. I like to respond quickly to reviews, good or bad. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer service complaints, wait times, expectations not met.

    "It isn’t easy to get customers information and set appointments within the 24 hours it gives you?" What do you like best about Birdeye? That there are active individuals looking for vehicles like the ones you have in stock but transferring that into an appointment can’t be tricky What do you dislike about Birdeye? We only get 24 hours to contact the consumer after they ask if it is still available And nothing is put into CRM automatically What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?     I have been trying to cancel our service and they have not responded to 2 voicemails and 2 other phone conversations did not solve the issue. They will also automatically bill your card without an email or notice at the new year of your contract, so beware of this.
