I covered the entire checklist beforehand, but there was information requested on the on boarding call that I didn't know off the top of my head. They requested the location/provider ID from our PMS. We weren't able to fully do the integration without this information. It would be nice if it was added to check-list so I could have gotten it before-hand. One of two items couldn't be resolved (Embedding the Birdeye account page within an iframe on client page). Support said could not be done and did not offer to look into it.
Please refund me for the two weeks that our notifications were not set up. Or extend our contract accordingly.
Patient and answered all my questions. Resolved my problem at the end as well.
I felt like the chat was rather delayed but once he understood the severity of the issue he was able to escalate the situation for me and get what I needed to have happen stop. I was very appreciative that he was able to fix the issue and call me back when he did.
Happy with the help i received.
When I was sold this subscription I was told employee tagging was as easy as using the assisted by field. Come to find out, that only counts your review requests. The process to have the employees tagged is quite easy, I just wish I had known before.
