Responsive and positive attitude. Felt like I was in good hands.
I had representative lauryn downing contact me today on my personal cell phone. I was busy so I hung up. This afternoon I find she has left my business a one star rating saying she does not recommend . I will definitely not be using this company to help with an online reputation. Beware if you don’t take time to talk to them they will try to RUIN your online reputation.
The session went well and was informative. The portal seems easy to navigate and is user friendly. A recap manual or PPT might be helpful.
I liked the location cause of accessibility and the staff was very knowledgeable.
The boiler room over sea's Birdeye uses for support can be hard to understand sometimes. In this case the rep was very helpful, a good listener and solved the issue quickly. TY

We are still having trouble delivering the review requests by SMS to many of our patients on the contact list.
The support team helped me solve my problem of not being able to see the send review button on our screens. I did not like that I sent what my problem was, and then someone asked me how they could help me, and then I was switched to another user and they wanted to get into my screen, which while working it's not easy to just share the screen, and since it was such a small thing to fix, I feel like it would have been easier to say go to set up, click on account and there it was.
