What You’ll Do:


This role will support the Revenue Accounting – senior manager and Revenue Accounting – senior director directly in handling day to day Revenue Accounting activities. Following are detailed expectations from this role :


Responsibilities:

  • Review the contracts on daily basis to ensure 100% coverage for deal review. All contracts should be reviewed from ASC 606 point of view, and they should be correctly set up in the systems.
  • Implementation of Sales Order Approval process in NetSuite through Salesforce system.
  • Implementation of Sales Order Approval process as BAU.
  •  Assessment of SSP for various performance obligations and update them on annual basis.
  • Implementation of Fair Valuation process in NetSuite for Multi element deals.
  • Writing Revenue Judgement Papers for deal above 100k USD.
  • Query Management with stakeholders for Sales Orders.
  • Assist team in closing month end revenues and balance sheet adjustments.
  • Recording the CECL Adjustments on Quarterly basis.
  • Preparation of SEC schedules related to revenue & CECL.
  • Assessing the process improvement scopes and opportunities for automation.
  • Support query resolution for Revenue Accounting Process.
  • Document the process and assess SOX controls on monthly basis.

requirements

Technical Skills required:

  • ASC 606 or IFRS 15 – relevant at least 3 years of experience.
  • NetSuite – at least 3 years of work experience.
  • CECL – any prior experience would be added advantage.
  • Understanding of Unbilled & Deferred Revenue , end to end O2C Process.
  • Qualification – Any Graduate with at least 6 years of experience.


Other Skills required:

  • At least 6 years of experience to manage international stakeholders and proficient English.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • This role requires night shift and working in PST hours.
