Birdeye and Entrata Integration
Entrata is a property management software used by property owners, property managers, and residents. The software helps manage bills and invoices, insurance, contacts, lease, etc. Birdeye integrates with Entrata to help property owners send out review requests to their tenants. This integration allows you to automate review requests and review generation. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Entrata, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your tenant based on certain defined triggers. Once your tenant information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to prospective tenants.
