Birdeye and Epic Integration
Epic is a cloud-based EHR built for hospitals with the functionality to handle the day-to-day operations of a practice, including patient medical records.Epic’s applications support patient care, including registration and scheduling; clinical systems for doctors, nurses, emergency personnel, and other care providers, systems for lab technologists, pharmacists, and radiologists, and billing systems for insurers.
Birdeye integrates with Epic to help businesses send out review requests to their patients automatically.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with Epic, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. After your patient information is pulled into your Birdeye account, review requests will be sent out every day, automatically. This will help you get a steady stream of reviews that will help you rank higher on search engines and make your brand visible to prospective patients.
