MediaDent a Dental Practice Management Software (PMS). It offers a complete range of features for dental practices. Users are able to manage clinical charting, practice management, digital imaging, and integrated medical billing, etc. with MediaDent.
Birdeye integrates with MediaDent to help businesses send out review requests to their patients. This integration lets you send review requests to your patients automatically.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with MediaDent, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. Once your patient information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to prospective patients
