MPK automotive systems is a dealership management software used by franchised and independent automobile dealers. MPK DMS offers several features including account management, sales and finance management, streamlining parts, customer relationship management, and more.
Birdeye integrates with MPK DMS to help automobile dealers send out review requests to their customers. By integrating MPK DMS with Birdeye, you can fully automate the review generation process.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with your MPK DMS account, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your customers based on certain defined triggers. After pulling your customer information into your Birdeye account, Birdeye will send out review requests every day, automatically. This creates a steady inflow of reviews that helps improve your search engine ranking and brand visibility so you’re found easily by prospective customers.
