Birdeye and OCS-Office Partner Integration
OCS-Office Partner is a Practice Management Software (PMS) by OCS-Dental, and is mostly used by dentists. OCS-Office Partner users are able to manage appointment scheduling, graphical restorative and periodontal charting, etc. conveniently with the software.
Birdeye integrates with OCS-Office Partner to help dentists send out review requests to their patients. This integration makes the review request process completely automatic.
Once your Birdeye account is integrated with OCS-Office Partner, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients based on certain defined triggers. After your patient information is pulled into your Birdeye account, review requests will be sent out every day, automatically. This will help you get a steady stream of reviews that will help you rank higher on search engines and make your brand visible to prospective patients.
