Birdeye and PracticePanther Integration
PracticePanther is a management and billing software solution and is used by sole lawyers and law firms. It provides a friendly mobile software that combines the capabilities of time tracking, billing, payment processing, expense management, and calendaring. Users are able to manage zapier integrations, online payments, integrations, etc. with PracticePanther. Birdeye integrates with PracticePanther to send out review requests to their clients. This integration helps in automating review request solicitation and generating new reviews. Once your Birdeye account is integrated with PracticePanther, Birdeye will pull the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your clients based on certain defined triggers. Once your client information is captured in your Birdeye account, review request SMS and emails will be automatically sent on a daily basis. This helps you collect a constant stream of new reviews, boosting your search engine ranking and giving you more visibility to prospective clients.
