Horrible customer service. 2nd day of waitino on Julie G. to get manager approval for a sale price listed on their website that they have yet to honor. False advertising and poor service!
Excellent service and the best team efforts. We bought the floor models and went home missing a part. When went back they were very helpful finding the missing felt piece. Very helpful staff supporting customers.

Lamps, lamps and more lamps. Stopped here to shop for lamps and then some for our home and we were pleased with our visit here. A lot to see and worth to take your time to see what is available in the lamp world. Prices were reasonable. Associates were helpful.

I spent thousands of dollars on light fixtures. Put it in a remodeled office building. Basically new construction. Another 250 some dollars in light bulbs. They replaced round one that never worked. The light bulbs were horrible. Then round two of all the replacements stopped working. Also. I can put regular LEDs in the same fixtures and they work fine. Had a GREAT experience with Christopher St Pierre at Lamps Plus in Lynnwood! He immediately helped me with some of my questions about lighting. We are doing a large renovation and it became clear that we needed help with getting the right type of lights AND lightbulbs! Who knew? He was kind, thoughtful and great with follow through! I would definitely seek him out in the future for any other lighting needs!

I have been a long time customer. My last purchase, less than 2 years ago, was a beautiful, but expensive, floor lamp. They told me the LED would last an estimated 10 years. It blew out and Lamps Plus says they cannot help me and will not make it right. I am no longer shopping there because they do not stand behind their promises.
