We have made several purchases from this store and have always received excellent customer service. Our recent visit Mahar Salem greeted us with a smile and was very helpful in locating the specific LED bulbs we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once again we received excellent customer service.

Customer service ... EXCELLENT! I walked in today looking for a ceiling fan. I was met by Samantha who was so helpful! She knew the answer to all my questions! Even though they didn't have the exact fan I was looking for hanging in the store, she found one in the back, opened the box and showed me all the pieces. She ordered the exact one I wanted and it's being shipped to my house for free. Samantha was knowledgeable, warm and very friendly. Samantha is amazing!!

There is customer service and then there is CUSTOMER SERVICE! I want to compliment Maher who went above and beyond to assist me in exchanging a water feature. My husband had purchased one, that after we set up, we realized did not have the sound we wanted. When returning it, I was met at the door by Maher who was so kind in telling me that he would be happy to carry it in. The large box was pretty cumbersome. Kareen took such great care of my sister and me! We needed a lamp for my sister's new condo. Kareen went above and beyond in pulling lamps down, changing bulbs and even moving furniture to make sure we found the perfect lamp for our specific setting. If not for her we would have purchased the wrong one. The lamp we finally bought is spectacular. Kareen is a true asset to this store. Because of her, my sister will be returning to buy all of the lighting products she needs for her new place. Thank you, Kareen!

I am happy to say that Chris has totally changed the atmosphere in the Lynnwood store. I visited on a day when he was working in the stock room. As he was on the floor reloading goods he was approached by a customer with an electrical issue. He attempted in the kindest of ways to let the man know what he was trying to do was not possible with the items in stock. I just checked in my mirror, and I am, in fact, actually visible! Having stood around in Lamps Plus for a considerable time I had started to think that maybe no on could actually see me. No service. None. Not even an "I'll be with you right away." Good inventory, but you might as well just look in through the window for all the help you get. Maher was amazing!! Best customer service I have received in a long time. Chris the Manager was very helpful too. Great Attention to details and helped me pick the perfect chandelier!! I would highly recommend working with Maher.

I was helped by a wonderful lady...Kareen. She was kind, patient and very helpful! Sometimes one waits awhile before you get waited on, but she was worth the wait! Thank you Kareen!
